Loan Servicing Requests
SBA Borrower Portal
Borrowers can sign in to their existing MySBA account or sign up as a new user by clicking the Register for MySBA button and following the prompts. Please note that the borrower will need an SBA loan number to initially generate an account. Once the account is created, all loans tied to that individual’s Social Security Number will be linked to this account and be available for view on the user’s MySBA Dashboard page.
MySBA Portal Features:

Dashboard Page: includes any and all SBA loan products associated with the borrower for easy monitoring and management

Loan Summary Page: loan details such as outstanding balance, current status, amount to be current (if any), loan maturity date, approved loan amount, monthly payment and note rate

Payments Page: view payment history

Tax Forms Page: borrowers eligible to receive a 1098 will have the ability to download the annual 1098 on this page (annual statements will not be available for download at this time)
Please note that this portal should be used for informational purposes only. For payoff requests, ACH bank changes associated with monthly payments and other loan servicing actions, you will still need to contact our office directly.
In addition, the CDC doesn’t have access to the portal and unfortunately won’t be able to assist with any technical issues with registering or logging into this portal.
